Restocking fees: 20% Refunds & Returns In order to return a TV part you should make sure it is within the following guidelines: Starting the day you received the item (check by tracking number) you have 30 days to return it. Make sure item you are going to return is in the original packaging material and original box You must contact us within the 30-day period; RMA number is required. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all items returned other than items that are defective “they will be checked by us on return”, We have our special marks on the board. Mark identifier has to be there when we receive the returned item. No refund will be issued for the parts that did not come from our warehouse. Refund for boards that are missing our special marking will not be issued.
